Me and my boss took a much needed vacation to Copper River; the big boss even let us take the Jeep. How fun is that! One of the coolest places on earth; Hatcher pass. I haven't seen mountains this green since living in Europe. I will spare you a lot of commentary, and let my pictures tell the story. Hope you enjoy seeing a little of Alaska.

Manauska Glacier
Black Birch trees sometimes they remind me of Dr. Suess trees, all gnarly and bent.
Copper River
Alaska Pipeline
Mount Drum
Copper River Princess Wilderness Lodge
Mount Drum
Mount Wrangel; an active volcano
Fireweed; my favorite Alaskan wildflower
Cranberries
Fireweed: Once it's fully bloomed and turns white, winter will be only six weeks away.
I took a trip to Valdez to go on a cruise of Prince William Sound. It was also very beautiful.
Horsetail Falls
The day was rainy foggy and misty which brought the wildlife out :) I loved this little group of sea otters.
This is a Gold Mining operation
There were so many waterfalls
I preferred sitting outside in the rain so I could really experience this.
Sea Lions on a Buoy
Hi there!
An ice field
Sea Lions
A pod of Orcas at one point there were 7 of them
And my cruise of Prince William sound comes to an end
Back at Copper River
